SoundLAB VI – SoundPOOL
Luc Messinezis’s work Wunderkammer: The Sound Cabinet of Curiosities in a stereo version format has been selected and is being currently presented at the online Sound Art exhibition SoundLAB VI. The exhibition has been currated by Wilfried Agricola de Cologne and explores the theme ‘Sound compositions – a challenge for imagination’.

The Sound Cabinet of Curiosities @ Audio Forensics ‘Aftertaste’
… and so it started taking form. The objects in space, the cables a mess. I dared to turn the switch on and it lived. Like Frankenstein’s monster. I almost shouted out.. ITS ALIVE!

Sunday evening the switch was off and would never be on again.
The Wunderkammer was born, lived and died like a dragonfly. Choroechoic composition is real and now I intend to concentrate my efforts in realizing more concepts by using and developing this method of composition. Read the rest of this post…
